Equipment maintenance is a crucial priority for hospitals or other clients, and affect their purchasing decisions and product use.  Maintenance of equipment is a continuous process.  Maintenance of products offered by Bayet Nahawand are performed by a well-trained knowledgeable personnel.

5.    OUR GUARANTEE:

Our own guarantee prevents future customer headache which makes us a priority choice.  We provide this on top of the standard warranty certificates issued upon product sales, which state the product model, serial number, customer name and customer contact information. Three copies are being furnished accordingly:

1.    For Customer (RMH, KFMC, NGH, MOH, MOSA, etc )
2.    Patient Copy.  (Patient have location map of service office including important contact information)
3.    Bayet Nahawand.

7.    FUTURE PLAN:
We want to consider the possibility of reducing enormous cost on the part of the customers by our New Project called “REFURBISHED and RENT”.  Used items will be refurbished and can be rented by new customers at a relatively low price.

First national factory which will be opened soon to deliver all customers need for local made products in addition to custom made models of different type of rehabilitation and physiotherapy products.
