BAFFIN NEOSIT

Baffin neoSIT is an orthopaedic seat. It is used for putting the patient into a sitting position. It is available in 3 sizes: S, M, L for children between 85cm and 130cm (2’9” – 4’3”) tall.

It consists of a seat, backrest, side supports, footrest with foot platforms,  headrest, hip belts,  vest, table and a base supporting the device. Everything is covered in upholstery, which can be removed for washing.

For whom? Baffin neoSIT

Baffin neoSIT is used for putting patients in a sitting position who are not able to sit unaided. It can be used in cases of conditions where  the patients  have lost this function temporarily or permanently or when it has not yet been developed.

Baffin neoSIT can be used for the following conditions: cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophies, paralyses of various etiology, spina bifida, myelomeningocele, condition after a spinal injury, condition after a craniocerebral trauma, condition after strokes, postural defects, particularly scoliosis, when different treatment cannot be used.
